Remote Computer Support

Using Splashtop SOS, we are able to provide remote support services for Windows and Mac based computer users. As instructed by your technician, please use the download button provided below to download the Splashtop SOS client. This client does not install on your device, it simply creates a temporary bridge that we are able to use to remotely support your device. Once we have ended the session on our end, the bridge will no longer work until a new access code is provided to our technicians.

  1. Select the Download button above and open the executable file that is downloaded.
  2. Once opened, you will be prompted to allow the program to run, select “Yes” and the client will start.
  3. Please provide the 9-digit code to your technician and they will begin the remote connection.
