Pricing starts at $850/month for up to 25 workstations/servers. Managed services include VoIP phone support, printer/scanner support, workstation/server monitoring and patching, and includes a free 10 hour pre-paid block of time for billable projects. Discounts are available if paid quarterly, semiannual, or yearly.
Networks
With so many internet connected devices in our businesses, networks are sometimes overlooked. We can make sure that your network is able to work better than you expect and handle the higher demands that you would need compared to residential networks. Business network installations are quoted per design as complexity will vary per installation.
Custom Workstation Building
Need a more robust workstation than what can be bought off the shelf? We can create custom workstations that can meet your demands. Assembly starts at $75 and includes OS and driver installations.
Remote/Onsite Support
We come to you or we can remotely fix non hardware/network issues. Pricing starts at $65/hour and is billed in 30 minute increments. Any trips greater than 35 miles may incur an additional travel charge.
Data Backup
Don’t be caught off-guard if an equipment failure happens. Equipment failures and data loss create hours upon hours of lost revenue and loss of important information. We offer solutions from local Network Attached Storage to cloud based options. Pricing is based on amount of data as well as methods of data backup. We will work with you to come up with the best solution to work with your budget.
Data Recovery
Accidentally deleted some files? We can help to retrieve them and save the day. Lost data due to hardware failures? We can send the hardware out for professional data recovery services. Prices start at $100, damaged hardware data recoveries are quoted per device.
