Can I reschedule my appointment?

Yes, with 48 hours advanced-notice you can change your appointment time without any additional charges. Any change made less than 48 hours before your appointment may incur an additional fee.

What is your pricing policy?

Our services are fixed fee. Any equipment or hardware prices are based on the current market.

How do you bill for your services?

We require that all initial services are paid for in full upon completion of service. For custom computer builds, a non-refundable deposit of $75 will need to be made before parts are ordered and the computer is assembled.
